As an option for our esteemed clients, WESAM does provide the Gas Leaks Imaging Service using FLIR GF-series Optical Gas Imaging cameras. The service is performed by experienced & certified inspectors, usually it is delivered based on the number of days required for the client requirements It can be performed for a specific job at a specific part of the plant where a leak is said to be there but can’t be pinpointed, or for the whole plant on regular basis through a service contract (usually 2 to 4 times a year).

– Day 1: Gas Leaks Survey in the plant by a certified inspector using the right Gas Imaging camera. Gas Leaks videos are recorded together with their location, GPS data, leaking equipment ID number and the critical rating of the leak.
– Day 2: The inspector spend his time in the office to analyze the recorded videos, do the necessary editing and commenting tasks on the video clips and generate two reports, edited video report and written report that contains all necessary information for the client to take corrective actions immediately.
